Becoming the Best Boss, Part 2

In the second half of our Becoming the Best Boss program, we outline a one-hour training module that T&D/OD professionals can use immediately. This module will help training professionals continue their own process of personal leadership development. More importantly, it will give them the content and tools to help them train others, especially new supervisors/managers, so that they might internalize the attributes of best bosses.

Even if you didn't attend Part 1 of the program, you are welcome to join this session. This will be a 90-minute virtual event on Zoom.

Timothy M. Franz, Ph.D. is a professor at St. John Fisher University and organizational consultant. He is the author of numerous books, research papers, and practical articles.
