Join new ROCATD VP of Professional Development, Caley Ferguson, who will discuss her research on the impact strong Human Resource Development practices (specifically Learning and Development initiatives and activities) can have on employee engagement and the overall health and effectiveness of organizations. We will spend time discussing the challenges organizations are facing locally and nationally as well as employee engagement trends we may see in 2022.
