Wellness in the Workplace
The human body can go about three weeks without food, three days without water, but only three minutes without breathing. Why do we focus on our diet and our hydration, but less on our breathing health-- especially while we are working? Particularly this year, many realize our collective need to focus on wellness—for ourselves, our teams and our employees. In this discussion, we'll focus on both the opportunity to teach others and ourselves about wellness. We may choose to discuss some of the tips from the following TED talks-- however, they aren't a prerequisite to the session. Join the session if you are interested in wellness for yourself and others!
