About the Presenter

Brett Spusta is passionate about employee development and engagement. After completing an MBA in Sustainable Innovation in Vermont, Brett headed west to join Instructure and help organizations better understand how to enable and engage their employees. 

During his time at Instructure, he has been excited to witness the shift from compliance and onboarding focused training programs to a holistic Employee Development Strategy. Brett enjoys working with companies to modernize their talent management strategy and improve communication between managers and employees through career conversations, performance feedback, and effective training. 

This highly interactive session will be held at Medaille College, 1880S. Winton Rd in the Cambridge Place business park. Lunch is included!
